Our stay had its ups and downs. The villa was spacious and clean, making it great for families, but there were some hiccups during check-in and unexpected fees that weren't clearly communicated. While the tennis program was exceptional and we appreciated the water park, the dining options left a lot to be desired, especially given the prices. Overall, it's a solid choice for a family visit to Orlando but be sure to clarify all fees upfront.

My stay at the resort was mixed. On one hand, the tennis program led by Josh was exceptional and the golf courses were top-notch. However, the service felt chaotic at times with check-in delays and some miscommunication regarding room details. While the amenities were great, addressing these service consistency issues would enhance the overall experience significantly.

Unfortunately, 3 out of our 6 rooms were not ready until 6:30 PM, though the rooms themselves were clean and comfortable. There was a sticky spot on the towel rack that needed attention. Overall, the rooms were well-kept.
